The task of the library in TYMC is to acquire and to provide specialist literature from all fields of mathematics and its neighboring areas as complete as possible. Electronic resources constitute the main format.

Currently accessible electronic resources include 34 e-journal databases  (e.g., AMS, IOP, APS, IEEE, ACM, SIAM, IMPAN) , 13 e-book databases (e.g., Springer, Cambridge, Elsevier, CRC, Wiley, EMS, World Scientific) and 12 citation indexing databases (e.g., MathSciNet, Web of Science, EI, CEInet) .
