Project Application Guidelines
1. Workshop Program
This year, the Center plans to sponsor approximately 50 weekly academic workshops, (typically from Sunday to Friday or Saturday of the following week).
Large workshops will typically accommodate 26-50 participants, while small workshops will host 20-25 participants.
2. Visiting Scholars Program
This year, the Center will fund 5 visiting scholar projects. Each project may consist of a research group of 3-5 members, with visit durations ranging from 1 to 3 months. Project applications must include the research proposal and CVs of all group members.
This program prioritizes outstanding young mathematics scholars seeking to dedicate themselves to research at the Center.
Applications should be submitted online through the Tianyuan Mathematical Research Center website, click button “CONFERENCE REGISTRTION SYSTEM”

Workshops
The Workshops are organized by leading international experts in the field.
The traditional, well-established program of weekly Workshops is to offer up to 50 experts, invited by Conveners, the opportunity to present recent research results, especially new methods, and to initiate future research projects.

Mini Workshops
In addition to the traditional and well-established large Workshops of up to 50 participants, we offer the possibility of holding Mini-Workshops by bringing up to 5 people (including organisers) together for a month in TYMC. There are various ways in which this month can be used: it can be focussed on a certain problem hoping that by joining forces a substantial break-through can be expected, or on learning particular interesting developments together.
